Module 1: Developing Medical Compliance
While low compliance of pet owners is often discussed, improving compliance within the practice team can provide substantial benefits for everyone, including the patients. When a problem is identified by hospital leadership, the perceived need for change must be accepted by the entire team, so their input is important. For proper implementation, resources such as education and communication tools are often necessary. In selecting an area for change, the means to measure the impact is critical, in order to evaluate trends and recognize success.
